Tooly Links

Terms of Service

Effective November 3, 2026

These terms apply to Tooly Links at s.tooly.fyi, operated by itpro360 LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Tooly Links lets people with access create short links that redirect to other websites, with optional custom names, expiry dates, QR codes and click statistics. Anyone may open a short link. We may change, suspend or end any part of the service at any time.

Accounts and access

Acceptable use

You may not use short links to point to, or otherwise use the service for:

Your content and sharing

You are responsible for the links you create and where they lead. You keep any rights you have in your content and give us permission to store, display and redirect to it to run the service. Short links you share can be opened, and their destinations seen, by anyone who has them.

Third-party websites

Short links lead to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, security or practices.

Suspension and deletion

We may disable or delete links, and block access or delete a person's data, when they break these terms or put users or the service at risk, with or without notice. You may delete your links or your Tooly Links account at any time from the app.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Links may stop working, and data may be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, itpro360 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (the service is currently free) or US $100.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify itpro360 LLC against claims arising from your links, your content or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, note it in the changelog, and ask you to agree again at your next sign-in.
