How access works

Continue with Tooly is the easiest way in: one account for all itpro360 apps, with the two-step sign-in you already use. Your Tooly account needs access to Tooly Links (the toolylinks-users group in Tooly SSO); ask an administrator if you don't have it.

Prefer not to use a Tooly account? You can create an email and password account just for Tooly Links, with an invite code from the site owner. Email accounts also use a six-digit code from an authenticator app and get ten recovery codes.

Questions

Tooly account or email account?

Use your Tooly account if you have one: you sign in once for every itpro360 app, and password resets and security are handled in one place. An email account works only for Tooly Links. You can connect a Tooly account to an email account later from your Account page.

Can I see where a short link goes before I open it?

Yes. Add a + to the end of any short link (for example s.tooly.fyi/abc+) to see its destination without being redirected.

Do people need an account to use my links?

No. Anyone can open a short link. Only creating and managing links needs an account.

I continued with Tooly but it says I don't have access.

Your Tooly account works, but it hasn't been given access to Tooly Links yet. Ask an administrator to add you to the toolylinks-users group in Tooly SSO.

What happens when a link expires or I pause it?

Visitors see a short page saying the link is no longer active instead of being sent on. You can edit or re-enable it at any time.

Is anything tracked about visitors?

Only anonymous totals: a click count per day, the referring website's domain, country, and device type. No IP addresses are stored with clicks and no tracking cookies are used. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I report a bad link?

Use the contact address in the Privacy Policy. Links used for spam, phishing or malware are removed.
